SHIPPING & RETURNS
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE DISCLAIMER
For your convenience, please find the estimated delivery timeframes below. Please note that they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.
Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES will keep you informed via email.
SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMEFRAMES*
Currently, all orders are shipped from the USA.
Most orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on total order and weight.
TAXES & DUTIES
KEIKOMECHERI.COM is not responsible any taxes and duties that may apply to shipments received in your designated area. Please note that all recipients are responsible for taxes and duties as required by law.
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE USA, CANADA, MEXICO
Standard ground shipping for USA with a minimum purchase of $195.00 (free)
Expedited shipping will be determined by the service chosen:
UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS* – please see shipping service provider for cost of each shipment.
*USPS service only within USA
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND OTHER US TERRITORIES
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. KEIKOMECHERI.COM currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:
• America Samoa
• Guam
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
Shipping to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and Second Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories
KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES regrets it is unable to ship to Palau.
PO BOXES AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. KEIKOMECHERI.COM currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:
• AA — Armed Forces America
• AE — Armed Forces Europe
• AP — Armed Forces Pacific
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard shipping. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or Second Day shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
KEIKOMECHERI.COM currently ships to international locations that allow for shipments of perfume products.
Expedited shipping will be determined by the service chosen:
UPS, FedEx, DHL – please see shipping service provider for cost of each shipment.
*USPS is no longer available for international destinations.
KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES is currently working on international locations for shipments.
VAT
KEIKOMECHERI.COM is not responsible any VAT that may apply to shipments received in your designated area. Please note that all recipients are responsible for taxes and duties as required by law.
Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
Expedited orders containing products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped on the next business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Some items sold by KEIKOMECHERI.COM Online require special handling as specified by federal, state, and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain countries may not be possible.
FORWARDING
KEIKOMECHERI.COM is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. KEIKOMECHERI.COM is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship your product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.

Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. national holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:
