Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES is happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy. The purchase price and any shipping charges will be refunded to the original form of payment if it meets our compliance. Any promotional discounts applied to the purchase amount will be 

 

KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES accepts returns for products purchased from KEIKOMECHERI.COM only, and all return requests must be approved by contacting us at customer_relations@keikomecheri.com. Products purchased from KEIKOMECHERI.COM must be returned in a NEW and UNOPENED CONDITION, and within 30 days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). 

 

Please note: Items noted as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return. KEIKOMECHERI.COM monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. 

Returns received outside the return policy are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of KEIKOMECHERI.COM.

Accepted returns may be charged a restocking fee of $10.00.

The shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

HOW TO RETURN 

Please contact us at customer_relations@keikomecheri.com for assistance. The KEIKO MECHERI FRAGRANCES Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on KEIKOMECHERI.COM may be returned. 

 

PRINT IT 

Print the free return label from your email. 

 

PACK IT 

Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside. 

 

SHIP IT 

Take the package to the shipping service location provided as indicated or provide it to the shipping service provider. Full instructions including shipping services are included in the return label email. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE REFUND STATUS

If you recently sent back the return, it is possible that your package is still in transit to our distribution center. Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse. 

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit confirmation email with exact refund details and timing to post to your account.  Refunds issued to a credit card can take up to 7-10 business days. If another payment method was used, please reach out to the payment provider or your financial institution directly for more information.
